Tell us about your culinary journey
I started cooking when I was seventeen, I’ve worked in Italian, French and was even the chef at a Mexican restaurant. I went to culinary school locally at Lincoln Tech in Cromwell, Ct.
What’s your favorite dish at Treva right now?
Definitely the Chefs Calamari, Its just super fresh and bright tasting. Plus, we serve it in the same pan we cook it in so that’s fun.
What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
I love the outdoors, fishing and hunting and playing my guitar. I also love yard work and going to concerts.
