What does great service mean to you? 

Great service should leave you feeling like you just visited someone’s home; it should be as welcoming and warm as having dinner at your grandmother’s house.  

What’s your favorite dish or drink at Treva? 

Caprese Salad followed by a Cacio e Pepe; simple dishes with fresh and minimal ingredients is Italian cuisine at its best.  

What do you enjoy doing outside of work? 

Building Star Wars original trilogy Lego sets, reading American History non-fiction, tattoos, spending time with family & friends, cooking at home, drinking, movies & tv shows, arguing, working out, F1, practicing picking locks, volunteering in my local community.
